St Andrews, Liverpool – proposed 100 bedroom development within Grade I building
The Grade I* Listed Building only had perimeter walls and part of the front entrance, the proposed imaginative scheme created a 100 bedroom deck access scheme – with an internal atrium to allow for daylight and the approved fire engineered solution.
The proposed scheme ensured that all new works were subservient to the original church.

St Cyprians, Liverpool – proposed extension and refurbishment to form 119 bedroom development within Grade II building
The Grade II Listed church was derelict, the proposed development has saved the church.
The scheme provide a contemporary extension over floors and then provided five new floors of accommodation within the existing church – the development has provided some excellent spaces.

Fire Station, Hatton Garden, Liverpool – 93 bedroom student development with retail; gymnasium, coffee shop, pizzeria and hair salon
The former Grade II Fire Station was to be sensitively converted into a student development with communal facilities and retail to the ground floor.
The refurbishment was sensitive and created interesting spaces and features – the rear drill hall was a four storey space, which new floors were introduced to create the additional accommodation.

The project was for the refurbishment of the former Manor House and Coach House, both Grade II Listed – then a new development to the rear of 9 dwellings within a courtyard design at the former location of the derelict stables.
The overall buildings were sympathetically restored to their former glory and the site is a thriving residential development.

Threshing Barn, Penrith
The scheme was for the conversion of the existing Grade II derelict barm which required major structural works but provided a beautiful new home in an idyllic location.
The main design feature internally was to create two timber cruck frames to the central full height space, the frame would then support the first floor accommodation either end of the dwelling.
