The scheme was to develop a large site with an existing manor house, this was the main focal of the design and all new dwellings became subservient to the former manor house – upon arrival at the site there are to be large shared garden and pond to protect the vista of the former dwelling.
The scheme provides 57 dwellings; new courtyard apartments, refurbishment of manor house to form town houses and new 3 story dwellings to enjoy the magnificent coastal views.

Carriage Grove, Bootle – large residential scheme and care home
The scheme was built in 2 phases, phases 1 being 41 apartments for an RSL and Phase 2 being a 66 bedroom care home with 18 apartments.
The development rises to 6 storey and is wrapped around a large shared courtyard for all users to enjoy – whilst providing some private garden space for the care home due to security.

Fox Street, Liverpool – Over 600 residential units with commercial
The scheme centres around the conversion of the former Swainbanks Warehouse and provides contemporary extensions and new build to provide a cohesive redevelopment of the site.
The scheme provides a variety of accommodation; studios and apartments with retail to provide a good link with the local community.

Minton Hollins, Stoke – 1650 bedroom student development with retail
The scheme is a student village on 2 adjacent sites, the brief was to provide a high quality sense of place for the users whilst respecting the local neighbourhood.
The design provides a variety of accommodation so that students can chose from large shared living and also smaller tranquil living.

Hillside Drive, Woolton – 21 executive apartments
The scheme was for the demolition of 2 large dwellings to form 21 large apartments within 3 blocks across a sloping site.
The scheme was a successful development and was a finalist for a national residential scheme.
