The scheme is to be completed in 2 phases, phase 1 is 400 rooms providing; duplex studios, studios and cluster rooms – in addition there's also a café and gymnasium.
The maximise the proposed density a courtyard arrangement was proposed, this allowed for a busy central sport courtyard and then smaller quieter/ reflective courtyards to the other areas.

Sky Building, Newcastle under Lyme – 250 + bedroom development
The former Jubilee Swimming Baths were demolished to form the proposed development.
The 6 storey accommodation block provide a strong form to this prominent location, providing a retail frontage to the ground floor to provide good animation at street level. The accommodation was provided around an elevated courtyard to allow the access to the basement car park at the rear of the site.

Appleton Point, Bradford – 160 bedroom development
The scheme is a 7 storey development comprising all studios along a linear site, adjacent to the railway line.
The development provides excellent communal facilities; gymnasium, library, cinema room, lounge and laundry – the main entrance is from Hamm Strasse across a short bridge to the main tower element.

Park Street, Luton – 147 bedroom development
The proposed scheme was a splayed cross design – the main design push was to create a real sense of arrival for student, the front of house was designed along the style of a contemporary hotel internally.
The scheme provided a mixture of cluster rooms and studios, along with excellent communal facilities; gymnasium, library, cinema room, lounge and laundry.
